Our Process

From initial inquiry to delivery.

  1. Inquiry

    Share your product, quantities and target delivery timing, along with any tech packs, reference images or pattern files.

  2. Review and Proposal

    We review specifications, patterns, fabric and trims, and propose the production base and approach.

  3. Quotation

    We provide a quotation once factory capacity and fabric availability are confirmed.

  4. Sampling

    Fabric and trims are approved by photo. Completed samples are sent to you for approval.

  5. Bulk Production

    Bulk production begins upon sample approval.

  6. Inspection and Shipment

    Goods are inspected to Japanese standards and shipped via DHL or other carriers.

Fabric and Trim Approval

Fabric and trims are presented by photo. Physical swatches can be sent on request, with shipping charged at cost.

Pricing is determined by:
